The Winery Ilaria Salvetti cultivates three-hectares of organic certified vineyards in Caluso, northern Piedmont, in the hearth of the historical Erbaluce territory, on the hills of the Ivrea Morainic Amphitheatre. Ilaria is inspired by the winemaking tradition of her grandfather Talin, helped by her father Carlo and her husband Daniele. The female management highlights the creative and experimental characters of the winery, in harmony with nature. Grape varieties, Erbaluce e Riesling Renano, are grown and vinified by the winery, taking care of the entire process, from vine to wine.
